TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (may take up to 48 hours). You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of your BSS Beauty Lashes.

Important note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking information to show.

For international orders, we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

RETURNS:

We at BSS Beauty guarantee 100% satisfaction on all orders. But due to the nature of our current items (eyelashes), there are no refunds or exchanges for hygienic purposes. But in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.

 Packages returned back to BSS Beauty due to an incomplete address, undeliverable address, refused package, and return to sender are considered a return package.
